ATHLNK is a centralized global sports platform that enables athletes of all ages to showcase performance data, media, AI-generated scores, and profiles, while allowing businesses, recruiters, agencies, brands, and organizations to discover, communicate with, and contract with athletes.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 Athletes
Athletes may be of any age. Minors must have parental, guardian, or authorized adult oversight consistent with COPPA, FERPA, and other applicable child-protection laws.
2.2 Businesses/Organizations
Businesses, brands, recruiters, and agencies using the platform must comply with all relevant laws governing communication with and recruitment of minors, including state laws, NCAA guidelines, and NIL rules.
3.1 COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
- •ATHLNK requires parental/guardian consent for athletes under 13 in the U.S.
- •Parents may review, delete, or manage a minor's account and data.
- •Businesses may not directly solicit minors under 13 without parental involvement.
3.2 FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
If ATHLNK is used by schools, school districts, or coaches:
- •ATHLNK treats student-athlete information as educational data when entered by school officials.
- •FERPA rights belong to the student (or guardians for minors).
- •Schools agree that uploading student information complies with FERPA obligations.
3.3 NCAA Regulations
For NCAA-bound or NCAA-eligible athletes:
- •ATHLNK does not provide recruiting guarantees.
- •Athletes and businesses must comply with NCAA rules regarding contact, amateurism, and scouting.
- •NCAA prohibits certain types of early recruiting; users are responsible for adhering to these rules.
3.4 NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) Rights
ATHLNK allows communication about sponsorships, endorsements, and deals.
- •Athletes retain full ownership of their name, image, and likeness.
- •ATHLNK is not a legal representative and does not negotiate contracts.
- •Athletes must follow state NIL laws and school or NCAA NIL policies.
- •Businesses must present clear, non-exploitative offers.
- •Provide accurate account information.
- •Use the platform legally and respectfully.
- •Not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
- •Not exploit minors or create fraudulent opportunities.
- •Follow all child protection, recruiting, advertising, and NIL-related laws.
You may not:
- •Upload harmful, explicit, violent, or abusive content.
- •Harass, discriminate, or endanger any user.
- •Attempt unauthorized access.
- •Manipulate or falsify stats or AI-related inputs.
- •Use automated tools to scrape, hack, or disrupt the platform.
ATHLNK uses AI to:
- •Generate performance scores from athlete-provided data.
- •Provide discovery filters for businesses.
- •Suggest automated communication responses.
AI scores are estimates only and not professional evaluations. ATHLNK is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
Athletes maintain ownership of all uploaded media, statistics, and profile data. By uploading content, you grant ATHLNK a license to store, display, and process it to operate the Service. You represent that you own or have rights to all posted content.
ATHLNK enables messaging between athletes and businesses.
- •ATHLNK is not a party to any agreements formed.
- •ATHLNK does not verify business legitimacy.
- •Users must conduct due diligence and comply with applicable laws.
- •Messages involving minors may be monitored for safety.
ATHLNK implements:
- •Guardian oversight options
- •Safety monitoring tools
- •Communication restrictions for minors
However, ATHLNK cannot guarantee complete protection from misuse.
ATHLNK owns all platform software, AI systems, branding, and technology.
ATHLNK does not guarantee uninterrupted access or feature availability.
ATHLNK provides the platform "as is" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
ATHLNK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) in the past 12 months.
Users agree to indemnify ATHLNK against claims arising from:

- •Interactions with other users
- •Violations of laws or these Terms
- •Contracting or NIL-related activities
ATHLNK may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or safety concerns.
- •Governed by the laws of Delaware.
- •Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration.
